Partner with the People Services team to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, build project plans, ensure adherence to project schedules, maintain systems, and work effectively to set priorities and conduct long-term planning. Work with subject matter experts ensuring systems, process, and data function with integrity.

The primary work location is in our Raleigh or Goldsboro office, depending on the ideal candidate's location. If the primary work location is in our Raleigh office, 2 days of travel to the Goldsboro office is required.
