Description/Job Summary

Assists with day-to-day operations of the equipment division including office management, record keeping, running reports, and inventory management of companywide equipment and fleet.


  • Scheduling maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
  • Managing annual truck/fleet inspections and ordering tags 
  • Assisting with parts purchasing and inventory management
  • Maintaining office and answering incoming calls to shop
  • Using various computer systems for tracking and record-keeping
  • Creating and tracking equipment and service reports
  • Ordering and providing safety gear and apparel to all employees
  • Securing state permits for the movement of equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Strong IT and Microsoft excel skills

Office management and personnel skills

Shipping or transportation management experience
